Is anybody familiar with late bloom UVB exposure for increasing tric production???
I got these 2 lights for free from work!
They are overhead warehouse lights.
Could i even ise them for growing???
Yeah man but prob put off a decent amount of heat…5000k color def for veg not flower though
Good thought…i also thought it was hella high lumens, it is an industrial LED
Just to clarify, i do have real grow lights…but i also have these 2 “warehouse lights” annddd no ware house to put em in lol
You Sure can grow with those lights but id use them for vegging clones or getting seedlings big have not tried to flower with these yet as i have a Tent light and i use that for my flowerThier not that bad actually the young plants love those lights.Mine goes up to 6500k its super cool dont throw any real heat at all has a couple different light settings on a remote that mix amber in there to make an evening sun tone which in theory i thing could be used with the warm reds to flower but i think its best to use a grow light to get better buds but i havent tried it yet so well have to see sometime…I only have one light so i havent tried to do anything bigger than seedlings yet but id imagine two would be the equivalent of a smaller vivosun light for maybe a 4x4 area…I hardwired mine into an old florescent bulb desk lamp that went dead so i could have it over my shelf.Seedlings love these lights and you can dim them up and down to get them in the right light range to where thier happy.Got mine at a yardsale brand new for 3$ and its one of the best lights ive used so far.Sometimes you dont need expensive lights to grow weed.Recycle that shit save some money.
I would use them as under branch lighting. Mount them near the bottom of your tent pointing towards the plant. Run them on a dimmer if possible or on a short timer for a few hours. Might help harden up some lower larf
