This means poop on wood shavings
Thanks for reminding me. Had a chorizo burrito for lunch.
EXTRA wood shavings.
So scratchy.
Same, sadly. Cannabis wasn’t my first choice, I had to stumble through SSRIs and shit before I just settled on what worked. Glad to see discussion on this for medical purposes continue.
Jack Herer and Cinderella 99 were my path to realizing that a balanced but uppity sativa really helps my particular PTSD and anxiety, indicas can be more like psychedelics for me when I’m not feeling grounded and in a situation I’m in control of- set and setting are more important and I feel more disassociated from reality. Sativas of the right sort seem to help my residual hyper-situational awareness, I feel clear and smart and like I feel everything, it’s calming to me.
I think this is a huge factor in how effective weed is for medicinal purposes.
no joke…those two strains are the first ones that actually melted my anxiety.
Seriously those exact ones…I’ve got the new space queen seeds from brother Grimm but haven’t popped them yet
Ya know what doesn’t work for shit and I wonder if you all get the same effect. Blue Dream. It’s practically useless for me to intake in any form
Great to see this discussion continuing and I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to highlight a couple strains that were shared with me by generous OG members and have been found to be really helpful with my PTSD symptoms. Both the AC/DC I was gifted from @Pigeonman and the Orange Grove from @JustSumTomatoes, thank you both very much!
The Orange grove I found especially useful for the MDD symptoms that tend to follow along with the ptsd.
@webeblzr i really hope your spouse finds something that helps. Being a caregiver for someone with this can be exhausting I imagine. For myself feelings of being a burden on those around me were/are particularly destructive and led to my darkest days. I highly recommend psychotherapy and grief counselling. It’s a long road and it’s good to have that independent sounding board a psychologist provides. I really hope she and you see some sunnier days ahead.
All the best and let me know if you want to try any of those beans I think I have a few of each still kicking around.
Looked up the crossing for Orange Grove. Sounds about right with what we all lean to.
Las Vegas Purple Kush, Hindu Kush, Cali-O, and Deep Chunk
It’s definitely my go to at the moment. Two plants barely made it through cure and the bags are almost empty. Love that orange terp.
@percyryan66 if you like that Cindy high, you should look at www.FDMseeds.com he’s a sponsor here, Fleur Du Mal, there’s a thread about his genetics and I like them a lot! He’s got C99 and Princess and other good old sativas along with Breeder Mix packs of hybrids, you can get those for $1/seed and I have grown some great plants from them
Thank you so much…huge Cindy fan over here…and crosses. Recently been grabbing the brothers Grimm testers when I can afford…last two both c99 crosses
I just checked out that website… RIGHT ON! THANKS again bud. Great genetics for sure
Grimm just put out some C99 untested crosses. 9 seeds at $25 most places. Was eyeing the Z99 cross with Mark it Zero x C99
I’m going to be growing some CBDV:CBD autos soon, too. I’ll circle back on how they are for medicine.
Anyone run TCHV yet?
You are so on point with this post…I feel you %…that sour bub x 88g13hp! What?! Awesome!!! That’s right up my alley. Your whole list is on pretty point with my preferences also
Have a great day
Oh I don’t have sour bub x ghash yet. I meant I have some from the reproductions here gifted a couple months ago of 88g13hp itself. However. . . I have the Blue Kush and Blue Moon Rocks pollen from Doug’s pollen drops. Those are absolutely going on 88g13hp females. (yet on the sour bub because I’ve got AMG Sour x Sour Bub and that is what might dust a ghash female)
That 88g13hp is awesome to have alone…that’s what’s up, now you can do what you like with it…live your ideas so far, I look forward to seeing you progress.
So glad to hear the Orange Grove is bringing relief to you. I keep hearing over and over again from people who deal witb PTSD, insomnia, and dementia that this one is a game changer. Glad I could help out!
