There’s some chatter about CBD, but it doesn’t seem to be supported by science. I did see some research online that linked excessive vitamin c intake with worsening vitiligo, and B12 and Folic Acid (B9) in combination with sun exposure is supposed to increase repigmentation.

I also know someone who took their kid to Cuba for some kind of stem cell treatment (they’re hispanic, his vitiligo is quite visible).

I have vitiligo, but I’m also white as a sheet, so it’s pretty hard to see unless I’ve been getting a lot of sun (and I try to avoid getting a lot of sun, because of my vitiligo).

[For people who don’t know what vitiligo is, it’s an autoimmune condition where your WBC’s attack melanin producing cells, leading to areas with no pigment. It’s really obvious with black and brown skinned people, and hard to see on white people]

Full spectrum cannabis oil made with coconut oil does some neat things with skin.
I have used it to remove moles and other wierd skin things.

Might have a little effect you never know.

Good luck!
