The OverGrow community has been celebrating 420 for 8 years, many of us are on the same page that Home Grown cannabis should not be a crime. Legalization has moved very slowly across many nations and some have fully legalized medical use growing. The estimate that 150 million people around the world use cannabis as medicine and or for recreational reasons seems correct on the surface. Our reality is far more complex, this community is not like any other, it is a one of kind. We share and care with everyone World Wide, we show what can be done by individuals and teams of people to grow a better future for all who Stand up, Stand out and get involved.
For the 420 Picture of the month celebration I have ordered 50 4x4 round stickers. One of these will be given to anyone who volunteers to provide seeds, products or funds for the event. The remaining stickers will be given away by wiki list selection with a random number generator.
I will provided funds for 1 OverGrow t-shirts for the 1st place winners of the 420 Picture of the Month contest, the winner can choose from 22 logo’s, size (small-XXL) and 7 color options.
Would you like to volunteer to donate seeds? 1 pack of seeds is required and 5 packs of seeds is the is the Maximum recommended, this is not a set limit, please donate as much as you want. You will hold on to your prize donation of seeds until winners are announced after the voting process, then you will ship the seeds to the winners directly.
If you would like to donate a product to the event, like my incredible mason jar bong or hand made items like my incredible tray. Winners of product items will be informed that the shipping cost will need to be provided to the sender before shipment takes place.
We will be taking donations to provide more shirts for winners, shirts cost $20. During the event anyone can buy a shirt for $20 with a donation of $5 to support OverGrow. 22 logos, 7 colors and 5 sizes to choose from. Shipping is free world wide.
You can also donate to Fuck Cancer and World Central Kitchen, receipts will be provided when the donations are made and marked as “Members of OverGrow Dot Com gathered these funds for donation”.
Primary Schedule: April 1st 2025 the 420 Picture of the month celebration begins, there will be an OverGrow PODcast covering the event 24 hours later to start talking about the pictures entered and the people who have posted.
Every 72 hours from April 1st to April 20th 2025, 3 people will be chosen from the wiki list by random number generator to receive a OG 420 sticker (round 4X4) until they’re all gone.
Rhai88 will be providing mini auctions (if possible), all donations from winners of these auctions will be sent to me, funds provided will support Fuck Cancer and OverGrow with a 50/50 split. If rhai88 is unavailable, I will work with other OG’s to keep the mini auctions running thru-out the event.
Entry of pictures to the contest will end at midnight Pacific Time on April 20th, voting on all entries will begin April 21st 2025 in a separate thread, no names will be provided for the pictures, voting ends April 28th and winners will be announced on April 29th. All pictures posted during the event will be posted on the OverGrow PODcast. You can post as many pictures as you want during the contest, the only one entered to voting will be the first picture of your first post in the contest.
On Sunday April 20th 2025 the OverGrow PODcast will go live starting at 4:20pm East coast and go on till after 4:20pm Pacific coast time. The chat feature on OverGrow and YouTube will be monitored for shout outs, questions and conversation. Live phone calls will be made and received and broadcast during the event. Connections will be available for discord to talk or text live as well, invitations to join the fun will be posted to Instagram.
The theme of the event is 420 based, pictures of smoking cannabis, gummies, wax, dabs, concentrates, RSO full spectrum, what’s on your tray, dried and cured cannabis buds, bud shots and so on will all be accepted.
