Washington state was one of the first to legalize recreational marijuana, and yet it’s still illegal to grow recreationally. Legal to grow in WA only for medical card holders. It’s been recreational in Washington for 8 years now! How silly. House bill 1019 to legalize recreational grows died, now just more waiting.
