9/18/25 — Decade Belt, Year of the Snake
I’m sitting here hitting some hash, reggae playing in the background, and it’s got me thinking about life and this path I’ve been on.
Reggae always reminds me of the Rastas in Jamaica — their whole life is surrounded by cannabis, good vibes, and Rastafarianism. My life is also surrounded by cannabis, just like theirs, but it’s different.
Their life is about good vibes only.
My life? It’s about scarcity.
I ride for this plant as hard as I possibly can.
I act like tomorrow isn’t promised, and I bring research and development to the table with everything I’ve got — all my effort, all my resources, all my heart.
That’s just who I am.

Talking With Soil King
I was talking to Soil King about this recently, and he said something that hit me:
“Don’t look at this like a lucrative business until you’ve been growing for 30 years.”
This month marks 10 years since I started growing.
A decade belt earned.
Back in 2016, when I first started, I was just a kid with raw Michoacán Landrace seeds — no sprayed packs, no mids, just pure cannabis genetics. I had no idea then what it would become. Now here I am, 10 years later, with a whole movement building around me.

Year of the Snake ![]()
I was born on September 29, 2001, the Year of the Snake.
This year, it’s the Year of the Snake again.
It feels like life is coming full circle right now.
Snakes shed their skin so they can grow — and that’s exactly what I’m doing. Shedding the old, stepping into the new.
This year is gonna be huge for me. I can feel it.
I’m more focused, more in tune, and ready for everything — the next 20 years, the next stage of my life, the next evolution of Purple Flamethrower.

Looking Ahead
When I think about legends like Patrick King, I know that when I’m his age, I want to be at that level — with my genetics, my brand, my culture.
And when I get there, I want to look back and know:
Every moment of my life was spent the right way.
Big chill vibes.
But with unstoppable focus.
⸻
This is my decade belt. This is my Year of the Snake.
I’ve been grinding for 10 years straight, and now it’s time to take this to the next level — while always remembering to chill big along the way.
