This will be an ongoing log to document any pollen chucks, or sensi runs. Feel free to stop by anytime, everyone is welcome here.
Pictured is a 4x4 with Dank Sinatra F1’s, some cuts, and a few seedlings. This run started out with just the DS F1>F2 project, but now here we are with all these other females I can make some crosses with.
Currently using recycled soil supplemented with top-dressing and compost teas.
Keeping their legs shaved, the “inside” of the plant gets so dense and the node spacing is some of the closest I’ve seen, they respond excellent to defoliation, topping and LST.
These are in 5 gallon square fabric pots, and from the ground to canopy they are 36” tall but the pots are 8”, so really 28” of plant height. I know these will probably not stretch too crazy so I wanted to veg them out for a while to get as many F2’s as possible.
I like to slide the Dank Sinatra’s under some sunlight if I’m home for the day, they can get a couple hours every afternoon if I catch it at the right time.
I have this window covered with Panda Film which makes it pretty easy to roll up and re-secure as needed.
The males are getting pretty big, the two tallest in this pic towards the right are the studs.
That is lovely. I could frame that image and hang it on our wall. The Afghan dom strains like this really can soak up lots of sun and tolerate heat. Just not high RH.
I did a single topping and I bend them outward daily so really a lot of LST as far as training, and I use a PAR meter to keep them under a nice light intensity since they sprouted.
But ultimately I think the node spacing is heavily from the genetics in this case
Thank you for the interest and popping in buddy @TonesOwn
