I really miss some kind of user chat here. Don’t you?
I would really appreciate adding some chat-room 
i am so down with this idea. im a big talker. talk talk talk. always about cannabis. usually people around me get annoyed. even the stoners. start talking about the endocannabinoid system and cannabinoid receptors and they start loosing ya XD
you can make a group chat. it’s not a problem.
Risto is probably speaking about private message to multiple recipients… Yes this can serve for private chat also…
Hell yeah!.. Being social is part of our vision… We are planning include public (member only) chat through plugin fully integrated into forum! I would like to have it ready by weekend so stay tuned! 
I hope valuable insight and knowledgeable (more than social) discussion will stay in forum though…

This site auto loads. No one has to refresh the browser. I like this better than a chat…

Web based chat software aren’t exactly exciting those days…
With the diffusion of IG, Periscope, w-app and similar, there is less and less request for chat software that, in turn get developed and refined less.
Having implemented my 1st web chat system in 99 they are something I always liked and felt them more necessary then important, even though I’m not sure I’ll implement one of those around today, if it was my site…
I’d like it as a user? Sure.
As admin? Hhhmmm… let me think…

My two cents. The chat app needs to be detachable from the main window and maximized or minimized, so i can Alt+Tab and be reading on overgrow, while the tab next to it, will be the app. Plus if you maximize it you will be able to read in case too many rows have been input into the chat very quickly…

You can have two windows / tabs open … one with fullscreen chat and one with forum.

well I have to say, when its in forum thread - its not chat even you call it like that
everybody knows how chatroom works - chat in thread never be so efective as usual chat in chatroom
