You know, as a kid, I liked Anime more. I was also a competitive martial artist. It was always my dream to go to Japan. After returning from Afghanistan, I spent my block leave all over Tokyo with 2 friends from my platoon. We stayed at the Prince Tower in Shibakoen, and we spent two weeks running all over, from Asakusa and Akihabara, to Roppongi and Shinjuku. We weren’t sober one day. And I went through like, 7 grand in 2 weeks. I was just so glad to be in a country where I didn’t have to worry about getting blown up in it. Beautiful country. Tokyo is the biggest city I have ever seen, and also the cleanest.
