Do you follow a recipe on how to. Or just Google it? I was asking how you make it? Both kinds. I’d like to give it a go.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had any, but in general the Pappy I’ve had over the years has been very good. I think I might have had all three of those once upon a time though I’m not entirely sure about the Family Reserve (somewhat similar situation, my father dated and is still very close friends with a woman who owns a small chain of fancy wine and spirit shops). Prices were crazy but not nearly so crazy 10+ years ago.

The problem is I kinda stopped drinking. I think it’s a Willet I have open now, I can’t really remember.

Got the limoncello recipe, seems like strong stuff lol. I occasionally pick up a tallie/long neck/40 oz whatever of stout after work. Coopers is a good Aussie brewer and some extra stout will put some hair on your chest me hearties :muscle::sunglasses::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Have you ever has the version called Foreign Extra? That is the best Guinness. Love it at 7.5 abv. and is also the best tasting in my opinion.

I am about to have something that is about 9.5 abv. Can’t remember. Still have to pick it up.

Do you all know about DPSE? That is when you catch a real good buzz and accidentally talk a little shit that might get you in a bit trouble. So in the morning you edit your comment, that why it’s called DPSE. Drunken post, sober edit.

i brew my own mead.
i start them brewing in january and are usually ready to drink by christmas/new years.
(Skol!)
send six pack samplers out annually to family members as christmas gifts. (found out last year that mailing booze is a federal offense… neat!)

so far, raspberry, cherry and peach have been the winning flavors.
trying to dial in apple and strawberry.
