I get so into their music I’m sure I look ridiculous to those that can’t hear the face-stealing tunes that I’m listening to on my headphones in public. No problem dancing my way thru the grocery store or getting way too down on bike rides 
Take a plunge down the rabbit hole, so much 
new grass/jam grass nowadays. Infamous Stringdusters, Greensky Bluegrass, Trampled by Turtles, and I really loved Yonder Mountain String Band before Jeff Austin split and ultimately passed away. But I’m big time into the old school bluegrass as well. I have to control myself and not post 80 BMFS tunes here daily. My name is MW and I’m a String-aholic

There was a lot of buzz about Billy Strings on the festival circuit a few years back. I finally got a chance to see him and he ABSOLUTELY lived up to the hype! It’s great that he allows hobbyists like me to record his sets and put them online so anyone can stream them for free:

So I stumbled across the movie The History Of Future Folk on Netflix. It came out a decade ago and I’m not sure how it stayed off my radar, but it’s a very charming comedy, sci-fi, not-a-musical but all about music.
