There’s a “Complete Sessions” version of After Midnight that was released several years ago. I’m confident that the reason the “extra” tracks were cut from the original release was not due to the quality of the tracks themselves, but rather the lack of run time on LPs.

After Midnight (the complete sessions) is absolutely one of my very favorites. It is on my all time top ten desert island type picks. I had it on vinyl, which I wore out. I have probably listened to it well over 100 times.
Truly sublime to me.
