I saw this guy last week and really enjoyed his solo looping performance. This weed-centric song was the highlight for me. I love the verse where he rattles off dozens of cannabis strain names

I love this sound! My interest was first piqued back when I first saw the movie “La Planète Sauvage”, back in the mid-80’s… I rode my bike halfway across San Diego looking for a VHS copy of that movie 
I eventually recorded it off of VH1 in the middle of the night

That’s my favorite animated film. There’s nothing else like it. Even stuff from the same director. There’s a local artist named Lealani who I recently saw at the Deltron 3030 show and she made an album called “Fantastic Planet” which she composed and recorded during her teenage years.
