Lemon Kush, harvested Oct 17, 2022, 59% RH. Not as lemony as I would like, but still delicious and stony as hell.

I’m just now out of my very last crop, which was Subcool’s Querkle, after sharing a lot of it with some family members who wait for my harvest to smoke a lot of the time, not daily smokers at all…

plus me and my wife actually are daily regular smokers, for example, she smokes much more at nighttime to help her sleep and eat dinner well, but I have multiple injuries from head to toe, which are from accidents over the years, so I smoke throughout the day, mostly for pain relief, and much less at night, so now I have to work with some local dispensary stuff until my testers are done in mid to late February, hopefully.

Then add dry and cure time of course!

Now about this bud I took the picture of.

They call it Sour Garlic Cookie, but to me it doesn’t have much garlic-y aroma or flavor, just more of a heavy leaning Chemdawg-type aroma and flavor.

Potency is tested at 19.36% THC, 0% CBD.

This Morning it’s Wedding Cake, the big couch lock hammer …… cause it cold , pouring rain , and can’t take dogs out without making my house a mess when we come back . So , why not get lit :sunglasses:

Been in Grove bag since 11/14 so it’s pretty much cured . Taste and smell are LOUD LOUD, thinking WC is my favorite bud at the moment . Mac awesome too , but with my chest fucked out I can’t smoke her , be a 29 minute cough attack as she has huge expansion .

I’ve looked into testing. Was yours tested DIY or lab? Any suggestions given your experience?

Thank you so much!

Here in FL, all the medical bud is lab tested, every harvest of each strain can be a little different, sometimes a strain that’s normally say 17-18% usually can be as low as 15% but as high as 20% just depending, I really want to have my buds tested eventually for curiousity, but being in an illegal state, I’d have to see how I can pull that off.

You can send it off to any number of people who will test it for you.

When I went to Denver , I bought 1000 bucks worth of bud , pretty much a sample of all they had at 20 different shops . Thc varied from 14 percent to 32 percent!

Smoked it all . Conclusion :

Listed THC HAD NO REFLECTION on high .
There is obviously some symbiotic relationship between the THC the terps and whatever else is in the plant. The best of 40 samples was a Blueberry at 17 percent level . The 32 percent bud , had 2 , was good , but not in same league as many others below 20 percent level .

Right, I didn’t understand that was purchased. You serious growers here grow such amazing weed that I figured that had to be home grown. d8JBdDJ

Here in CA, all commercial weed is tested, at least to some degree. This is what the test results look like for a high THC variety I chose at random from the site I used to buy from. Notice I said “used to buy from.” Oh hell fuck yes! I looked at a couple of other sites and found neither published the test results for their products. I’d been buying from this place (delivery only with over 1200 individual products on their menu) for coming on 4 years. As I think about when I was searching for what I thought was overall the best place to spend my money, the fact that this place showed test results for all of their products was definitely a big plus.

I’m not sure these test results of this information is always presented as a pie chart, or if this company

What I’d be interested in would be straight THC levels, perhaps a terp profile, but that’s probably too sophisticated for any relatively inexpensive test.

I put two Querkle girls into flower on New Year’s Eve. They vegged for four months so I’m hoping for a generous yield. First time growing any Subcool gear…

What am I smoking today? I had one quick puff off a cartridge of Blueberry Headband when I woke up this morning. I work sober during the day, but this evening will likely consume some Blueberry that I grew (Jordan of the Island’s Pure Blueberry - Blueberry Muffin Edition), plus samples from a friend’s garden: Sour Marmalade and Sunset Sherbet. The Sour Marmalade is a HEAVY stone, while the Sunset Sherbet is not quite as potent but more upbeat and functional.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised with those Querkle girls, I absolutely loved mine!

I ran her several times, used her as a mom in a pollen chuck, and I gave a buddy a clone to keep my best pheno around, while I grow other strains, so when I get her back in rotation I’ll show y’all in another thread or possibly this one next time I have some finished flowers of her.

“Purple Stella”

AKA. Stella x Granddady Purple

“Stella,” is a Sativa dominant bagseed favorite i’ve been running for three years. The “Granddaddy Purple” was a cutting that I reversed that had been donated by a buddy.

Very sweet. 5-week cure.

Dabs mostly and I’ll probably have a bong pack of Tahiti lime flower (tastes just like the peanut butter cookies I grew out from tastebudz)or two
