I have often commented on Autoflowering but also photodependent ones.
In my opinion, when an autoflowering does not come out well, we always blame the Genetics and the Seeds Bank.
However, to be able to judge it well, we should grow it in various cultivation set ups. indoor / greenhouse / outdoor / hydroponics . simultaneously.
In this case we can say, this variety is worth nothing.

Any vegetable gardeners out there freeheirloomseeds.org have a nice selection of seeds that you can’t get at a big box store. They ask for donation but you can request seeds for free.
