Oh man, I had a really good day of doing good things today. I found an old buddy who has recently become homeless at about the worst time possible. He was exactly where I left him with a pile of dinner and strong ass edibles the night before. He slept like a baby all night on those edibles, didnāt go get any junk, didnāt get robbed of all the gear I dropped on him the night before. I even got my Tupperware back in one piece and put some more chicken curry in him. He finished eating, had another strong gummy, and declared he was going to the forest for a nap, the opposite direction of the vampire dealer motherfuckers that have been selling him junk. Felt good.
Got a bunch of shit done at work thatās been building up for weeks. Super productive, even though we bailed out early!
Then I managed to find the person whose cat found my wife last night. Some people kept knocking on the door of her shop after she closed last night. Eventually she went and opened the door to say āwere closed, what?ā and this cat ran in. Turned out they wanted to tell her the cat wanted in, only itās not a cat we knew. She was obviously a lost and scared and very pampered housecat, but we couldnāt take her home because our cat would have had none of that. So we set her up with a bed and a box and some food in the back room at the store and left her overnight. I was out putting up signs this afternoon and half a block up I find a lady on her hands and knees shaking a can of treats at a bush. Iād only put up five posters and bingo.

Now Iām smoking a fat hash spliff, but still Iām getting done. My buddy had some wasps going crazy behind his shingles, but his landlord is old and also a great guy. Hard combo to find around here, a good landlord, so we didnāt want him going up a ladder and getting stung. Well i came over with my shop vac, a 24 foot length of sump pump hose, and a 20 foot extendable painting pole, and a role of duct tape. String it all together, put a couple inches of soapy water in the bottom of the shopvac and tape the nozzle to the pole.
They hate the nozzle SOOOOOO much!! 
You can hear the little bastards zipping down the hose bouncing. I keep laughing like a supervillain. Itās fucking wonderful.
Good day, and I havenāt even gotten to look at my garden yet.

Best vibes on recovery. Iād love to have that done. I hate glasses. My eyes used to be 20/20 but changed around 40ish.

Thnx, GManā¦ my eye doc said afer this surgery, Iād have my old vision back, 20/20 I said, but Doc, I had 10/10! She just laughed and said that probably wonāt happen lol Itās kind of a ādamned if i donātā thing for me here because we also still have our business of gemstone carving and silver-smithing to supplement our income and because we enjoy the work we do. I havenāt been able to do anything in that line for almost 2 years now. It had gotten pretty bad so Iām damn happy to be able to see again!

That is a male plant that got axed. I used a coat hanger to clear the center. When it hit the main stock I stopped then same for main stock and plugged the bottom with a shaving of the stock. Then took a 1/4ā bit and drilled a short horizontal hole from the bottom of the branch to the center of the main stem to complete the passage. You use your thumb on the hole facing you at the stem bottom to control the hit. Same thing for the main branch pipe just a coat hanger then used a 1ā bit and pounded the cap of an airplane shot bottle and drilled some small holes. Got to put a screen on the long handle one yet.

I built a 24" x 24" HEPA horizontal flow box. I gotta get some paint and finish sealing it all up but Iāll have a bigger toy for my sterile tissue culture work
