What do stoners eat? 🍴 (Part 1)

Costco is where I got it.

Also I should have broken up the nuts a bit more, the peanuts and Brazil nuts are a bit round still and break away easily. I found the recipe on YouTube and added the nuts and spices to it. I cooked it for 15 minutes at 350f then cut the squares and gave it another 20 minutes to crisp it up and brown them off.

And just add water like you would normal crackers and bake? Hmm, can’t believe I haven’t tried this before.

Thanks bro

Yep half a cup of water mix thoroughly and leave for 15 minutes, if its not a stiff mix after 15 minutes add a little more psyllium husk, and mix in again. I used 2 and a half table spoons of psyllium and 1 teaspoon of chili could have gone with 2-3 as it has no heat.

My wife had me whippin up some bread and buns today, she’s planning on making some sloppy joes. I’m already knee deep in the pantry, so this is a good way to use some of what’s in there. Gonna roast some sesame seed and add it in too. I appreciate it, perfect timing.

The original recipe had black and white sesame seeds, but I had none of those so used what I had :+1:

I think I might have some black sesame seeds too! Lol. Always wanted to try making tahini with those.

Edit. When I grow the Black Lebanon Bx, I’m going to make some hummus with black tahini and use the leaves as a garnish. That would be beautiful

It’s not the Indian pizza as I didn’t get to the grocery store for those supplies…

…so instead I fried up an entire pack of maple bacon as the main topping!

(baked on a stone using home made dough, pizza sauce, bacon strips, shredded cheddar cheese, and a dusting of parsley flakes after it all came out of the oven. Oh, and the crust has crumbled garlic all over it. )

The bread looks great buddy, another no no for me its hard looking at this thread lol.

Whenever I baked bread I had to do a minimum of two loaves, as one would be eaten before it got cold, can’t beat warm bread and a good slathering of butter, making myself hungry now

I ate half of them last night lol, goes very well with cheese and Branston pickle as well as the bruschetta, hummus, chilli sour cream and chive dip and coleslaw. The best flavor combination was with Boursan garlic and herb cream cheese. I will be making more this week and experimenting with garlic and herbs in it :yum: it has a great crunchy texture.

I was wondering if I could use it for a pizza base as well

Its not a problem unless I am 72 hours into a fast normally. I have good self control, but its the Pavlov’s dogs association that makes my mouth start watering, I like to test/torture my self control
