Edible moonrocks. Think of like a little ricekrispy with white chocolate and graham cracker. They’re pretty good.

Nice! I recently made a very simple americanized goulash that came out great.
wagyu beef steak with maitake mushroom (aka hen of the woods), red and yellow spring onions stewed in a tomato and buttermilk sauce with lots of paprika. Kind of like a simplified paprikash that you can cook in about 45 minutes with one pan.
Served with egg noodles.

deep dish mushroom pizza with brown beech mushroom aka brown clamshell or Buna-Shimeji, and sauteed maitake aka hen of the woods mushroom with garlic and onion on the inside.
No tomato sauce. Just mushrooms, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, olive oil, and mozzarella.
