Marinating deer and rabbit in some dry rub over night and some chicken (not pictured) in teriyaki sauce. Then in the smoker for a good while it will go in the morning. I will update finished results. Deer and rabbit were taken last year

Here are a few dishes I have created recently.
Today’s brunch… fresh garlic scapes over cheesy eggs. Homemade jalapeno & cheese sourdough toast with avocado and tomatoes with a balsamic vinaigrette and evo drizzled over top.
