I bet it is. I make a decent Vegetable Beef soup but must admit, hickory smoked chicken sounds like it would be a great substitute for beef.

It’s got milk in it! From a bag!
Monday and Tuesday meals were the same. Veggy burger encrute stuffed with mushrooms, onions and cheese sauce, cauliflower cheese, roasted carrots and potatoes in rosemary, and Yorkshire pudding.
Last night it was a very hot Chana Masala.
These are the only produce I’ve bought in over month…forgot to add carrots in the picture…
Because I have tons of vegetables in my garden still, this is vegetable chop suey, all are from my garden except for the chopped portabello mushrooms. I have to take advantage of my veggies when they’re in season…plus it’s very healthy so they say…delish folks.
Last nights meal was cauliflower base pizza.
Mrs Shadey prefers this to proper pizza base and so do I
All from the garden, beef is home raised. Rendered tomatoes and made my own tomato meat sauce for spaghetti. With a fresh picked garden salad. Boy do i love this time of year!
