A toasted western made with back bacon, hot sauce, and a dollop of whipped cream. I call it the whipped western.

I’m pretty predictable when it comes to food lol. O’l reliable french fries, some more braised brisket, some hanger steak and de-boning some chicken legs to get ready for shawarma time :stuck_out_tongue: Used the bones to make some chicken stock that I’ll probably use for some “boutine”

Trying to use up a bunch of my older garlic from the farmers market so made a massive 2+ liter batch of toum. Can never have toum-much eh @Oldtimerunderground ? Shit is soo damn good. I don’t have a few ingredients and I’m lazy after doing all that so I’ll likely just buy some tabouleh. Won’t be surprised if I have 10 shawarma(s)? by the end of the week

Almost looks like yogurt but that would be a baby batch for me :joy:

Never-ever toum-much! I don’t think I could live without it, lol.

I’m in the middle of a smoke report for the Odyssey and haven’t eaten anything yet today too. Munchies about to hit me hard!! :joy:

This pic pretty much sums up everyone’s facial expression after their first bite of shawarma
