Mt. Baker raven lodge BBQ beef brisket and slaw over a bed of quinoa with feta cheese, pickled onions and a house BBQ drizzle :yum:

I’ll have lunch at the White Salmon lodge tomorrow, ive gotta try it out!

Last night’s meal was 2 veggy burgers 2 fried eggs, and caramelized onions and mushrooms with spme 5 year old baldersan cheese.

Filet mignon cooked in the Tallow I rendered before. Very mild smoke for a 350-420f temperature during searing. Cooked until red in my cast iron and pulled off heat immediately after finishing with butter. Absolutely delicious :yum:
