I agree, photoshopped. 
I am not, however, convinced I see words missing. On the other hand, I am still using these old freakinâ eyes! HA! It seems to me it reads correctly as âRachel Ray finds inspiration in cooking, her family and her dog,â but as all here know, I ainât no grammarian.
