Mrs. mota got up this morning and made a few blueberry muffins. They are (or for two of them, were) every bit as delicious as they look (even though there was no bacon fat involved)!

Was really good, heading for another bowl. 100% will try with the bacon and chili’s, sounds right up my alley. Was going to add the creamed corn but got the batter alli mixed before i realized we we were out. Wish we had this more often, always reminds me of growin up.
