Creamed Rice
2 cups milk
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup caster sugar
1tsp vanilla
1 egg (whisked)
Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 170C for 20mins.

Sounds good. Rice pudding, bread pudding, and cheese flan are favorites of mine for sweets.

Doh! Now I see thereās 2 cups of simply cooked rice thatās part of the recipe. I missed that part. HA!
