Went out to the local restaurant over the weekend. We’re very lucky it’s only a ten min walk from home into town for some fine dining.
Miso pork belly with coconut rice, pok choy/bok choy and greens
Tender beef medallions with truffle rosemary mash, vegetables in a red wine jus
