That’s what we are having-- deli-fried chicken…I made Brussel sprouts with cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy to go with…
I ended up eating only a couple 'sprouts and the potato’s— been a long week, and too tired to be hungry…

I am pretty old right. Through my life my diet has changed quite a bit. When I grew up sugar wasn’t a big deal for example but people were afraid of eating fat. And people were way leaner 
I don’t know. Smoking was “maybe” dangerous, doctors smoked, so who knew right
Now that I am more health concerned, stuff is starting to hurt and whatnot, I eat meat/fish, fat and vegetables, nuts on the weekends and I drink water and thats it to 90% and no alcohol.
When I was younger I ran just fine on crisps and coke, not the funny kind. I felt great. I had beer almost every day too and I felt awesome.
Then came 40 like what’s up and playtime was over.
