Oh man- you are KILLIN me! Used to eat those at least 2x week in Schweinfurt from a great street vendor- or our butcher shop…other days was pork-steak on Brotchen or Leiberkase… same 2 places… we didn’t have much for a kitchen, just a hot plate- so that was easier…and I SOOOO miss it!

Rice cooked in bone broth (chicken) with soy sauce and sesame oil topped with Surimi (fake crab) tempura shrimp and Thai Sweet chili sauce. Sprinkled with Furikaki (basically kelp flakes with sesame seeds)

Compared to the crap I was known to eat when I was younger, you guys have excellent diets.
Compared to what my grown children eat at home, wow, no Pringles for dinner and shit. Wow.
I am impressed by the lack of pre-packaged foods, you all seem to get your veggies down and everything.

We starting with some Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls,
With Infused dip.
And Main Meal will be Bho Kho With some infused coconut water.

There was an Inn by us in Scweinfurt that served the spatzle with shrooms in a small crock topped with crumbled bacon, a boneless pork chop and cheese…it was heaven!
Same place I had the best schnitzle mit Pommes ever…
