Okay, when I first saw that I thought, “Wow, he’s bitten a perfectly round bite out of the center, the center, of that slice!”
Maybe not so much in reality… (I didn’t notice the legs.)
Where’s my bong?!

One of the tricks I found is velvet the meat with cornstarch really makes a difference it helps tender meat thicken the sauce and really brings the dish together
That is correct! Is like the #1 trick to making yummy Chinese food! Well, that and super hot pan. That’s why I use one of my butane burners as opposed to to my (electric
) stove. One of these days I’ll get a wok and really up my asian game.
Nope, good old meatloaf. I like the crispy end piece. ![]()
Haha same here. I want the corner of the lasagna, the crispy tips, and the burnt ends too haha.
Heck yeah, I literally just finished some lasagna and Caesar salad that I brought home from a local food place. They are basically a carvery with a bunch of different stuff. Picked up some Cracker Barrel 3 type pizza cheese, covered the lasagna with a layer of it and tossed it in the over on broil to get a nice crispy cheese top. Then mixed a bunch of the cheese with the Caesar. I ate it too fast to get a pic, lol.
I also had lasagna today! It was so good
