I recently picked up a Masterdam grinder off amazon for ~$20-25 and was really impressed with it. I like better than any cali/chromium crusher I’ve used and really, any other grinder I’ve used before. The cali’s are the most expensive one’s I’ve tried for reference but yeah.

What is the grind like on that one? Is a coarse but even grind possible?

Where did you pick that up?
I’m not sure it’s legit. The actual santa cruz shredder has a keef screen so fine hardly anything makes it through. Only small trichomes fit through, strains with large resin gland heads won’t even make it into the keef compartment. Also their quality is usually on point.
I could be wrong of course, this does have the correct design for the unique grinding pegs. Mine is 7 years old and I know they have made design changes. Their new models have a rounded keef catcher compartment like that. I’m just not sure about that screen because they made a big deal about having a very fine mesh for their keef catcher.

Been using the same 4pc Space Case grinder, on the daily, for about 10 years now. It gets the occasional isopropyl bath and is as good as new afterwards. Can’t say its not scratched up on the outside, but the screen is in-shape and the blades aren’t any duller. I did pickup a 3-pack of replacement plastic o-rings when I forgot to take off the o-ring and used a heat gun to quick dry it after a bath.

It was Amazon, came in a small white cardboard box with the logo and company info. Could be a fake, I won’t rule it out. But it is smooth and has nice threads, so I don’t hate it. I just like a coarser grind for blunt rolling. I plan on getting a dedicated kif box soon so I’m not overly concerned with the stuff this produces.

Volcano grinder, best in my book. It turns the buds into fluffy powder its the most efficient I have seen besides a coffee grinder.

Looks like it’s probably bogus, they specifically say their warranty doesn’t cover anything on amazon.
And last time I checked they were no longer using their official amazon storefront because the counterfeits showed up first in the search results.
I never buy anything on amazon anymore now that chinese counterfeits are so common.
You might want to try to get a refund through amazon, or at least report the seller.

Could well be. They did a pretty good job copying it at least lol. I’ll see about a refund but I’m not going to get super salty about it. Might order one through them direct and compare. Soaking my old Cosmic now after removing the delrin ring, I’ll see how she does.

very cool - I may have to get one of these - I assume it is gentle on seeds?
I’m using a Golden Gate Grinders grinder. I found out the other day that the mouth fits just inside the lip of a 8oz mason jar perfectly, allowing me to dump the shake and crumbles straight into my grinder with no muss, no fuss.
