It requires nitrogen. Yellowing old lower growth ![]()
Maybe time for a nice balanced feed
That’s sort of what I was thinking. Nitrogen to get it greener. I’m using GP nutes rn and I put in 16ml of Cal Mag, 5ml Micro, 5ml Gro, 5ml of Bloom
For 4 gallons of tap water. Ph was 6.5 and ppms we’re around 660 after feeding
If it were mine I’d give a full strength fert of half veg nutes and half bloom nutes. I often mix like this in transitional periods.
Medium looks really saturated did you just water? Are you using salts? How often are you watering?I noticed your using Fabric pots.I had the same issue when i used fabric pots and i went back to hard pots coated with a self pruning paint called Micro Kote .The fabric pots made me feel like i had to water all the time and i ran into this issue a couple times.
I’d cut out the cal/mag. And when needed just add some mag (tsp of epson salts). Tap water prob has enough calcium.
I had just got done watering. I’ve been watering once a week and it’s in a 5 gal fabric pot
Is that full strength Micro, half of gro and Bloom?
Also if it needs nitrogen what more do I need to give it for Nitrogen?
If you can get past the stigma, your piss works really well in a pinch for (urea) nitrogen. Dilute it 1:10 or 1:15 with water and feed her.
Calcium nitrate is good. 3g/litre should suffice. DAP (di ammonium phosphate) is really good for flowering plants. A nice source of nitrogen and phosphorous. Very little needed. 4 to 5 pellets on top soil, spread around near the rim of the pot should be good.
No I mean go full strength half grow half bloom ignore the calmag and micro for now.
Just for example I’m doing 12.5ml gro and 12.5ml bloom, 25 ml total is recommended max with this fert.
I’m phasing out the gro because I don’t need it anymore at this stage.
Your Gro is probably nitrogen heavy.
Okay got it. I’m also in 50/50 Happy Frog and Ocean Forest soil if that changes things. 5 weeks old Autoflower
I think that should be fine. I imagine the charge in the soil has been used up.
There we’re the ppm after I fed as well. Idk if they need to be fixed
I can’t speak intelligently about PPM but if you’ve been using that much calmag and micros it’d probably skew your numbers.
What is Micro and Cal mag doing to my plant?
I cant speak to the other micros, but excess calcium can cause lock out of other stuff like potassium and magnesium.
So, if water already has calcium, which tap water will, and you add more…
And it looks like you’re putting more cal/mag than all the other nutes. Least it looks like you were saying you were putting 16ml cal/mag and 15ml of all other.
That was definitely worth a like
it’s hungry ((
give it
N 1000
P 1500
K 3000
Mg 70-100 ppm
water it more often
