I hadn’t thought about far-red light, but I came across these spectrum diagrams.
Under “A” is an incandescent light bulb, and under “I” are sunrise and sunset.
I’m just curious if an incandescent light bulb could have any positive effects if used like far red. Turning it on(and off) on start and end of the light cycle.
