I am a big fan of “The Pot Cast” by Heavy Daze (https://heavydayze.com/) and would like to know if you like it too. And if yes, what is your favorite Episode?
Mine are all episodes with Irrazin from Indian Landrace Exchange and every episode with Bodhi.
Those podcasts are really hard to get through due to horrible production values and that ingratiating intro music. Therefore I’ve only gotten through the Bodhi episodes as I wanted that information enough to endure the worst sounding podcast I’ve ever experienced.
I’m a big fan of the Tom Hill episodes, I feel like I learned an enormous amount from them.
I couldn’t get thru the Bodhi episodes because I’m just not into the new age spiritual hippy stuff. He seems like a nice bloke though and clearly excellent and finding and selecting excellent genetics.
Give it a chance I’m not so hippy or new age either bud however it’s worth the listen for the knowledge there actually some of the better episodes imo idk if I could pick a favourite but I’d say it’s up there anyway

The first episode (#10) with Bodhi is (in my memory) not so hippieyippieh. If i remember it right, it was first time i heard about Zamal.

Ingratiating?
I can’t say I’ve thought about the music that much, I think maybe I sorta like it? Whether or not I do it’s over and done with PDQ. To each their own though, for sure.
Uh… favorite episode… Bob Hemphill is usually pretty good, Notsodog was good. I was pleasantly surprised by Dan from Rebel Grown. I had an idea of what he was going to be like, and he was totally the opposite. Obviously Bodhi is always worth a listen though I agree some of the hippie and hippie-influenced-anthropology stuff is too much for me.
I didn’t really enjoy Irazzin’s most recent episode(s), it’s worth a listen but it was more disjointed and hard to follow than the time he was on before.
If you’ve been listening to the Potcast for a long time there’s a funny split from the early days to later episodes. In the early ones breeders/seedmakers are often super puffed-up and full of swagger and bad things to say about their rivals, and sometimes the same person will come on later and be subdued and full of information.
I always confuse that word with another word that I can’t think of right now but this is what I mean…
I find that music at the begining pretty grating but it’s only there for the intro which I usually skip past
It’s the sound quality on some that annoy me more than anything via YouTube but there interesting enough I just manage to keep going

Breeders syndicate might be the worst sounding podcast man. Not just because everyone on there talks about how much sexual stuff they want to do to one another or their selves constantly, but because it sounds like they’re using microphones from the dial up days and they cut in and out with audio all the time. Sometimes the voices will get super quiet and cut way out for extended periods of time only to come back in at full volume. Potcast over Breeders Sydicate for me.
Years ago i was listening to the Adam Dunn Show and i hated it. Before that i listened to the Dude Grows Show which was actually a long Infomercial for Scotty’s Recharge and my ramp into growing cannabis.
I liked the first two seasons of Great Moments in Weed History (Unsupported browser). It is still there but i haven’t listen to all those episodes. Might be worth another visit…
