What Kind of pests are These?

What kind of creatures are these?

I think I would have brought them into the tent with a cutting and then had to kill everything.

I moved the plants I didn’t kill into the wild and thought it wouldn’t be a problem there and other animals would take care of it… Well, I was wrong.

Does anyone have any idea what kind of pests it could be?

I have never seen this before, the lower shoots are infested first and then they move further and further up and settle in the shoot tips.
