What's going on with these leaves?

I searched and will keep an eye out for those black spots as I’m not really seeing any on the plant. Also it seems to be a lot less random than thought and shooting up in one main area on the plant. Thanks for chiming in though, I will research this topic and keep an eye on the plant.
