You will get a much better answer if you show us a photo of the entire plant. It may be nothing. Older leaves fade and fall on most plants. Without seeing the plant there is no way to say. If it is nitrogen def and you are in a living soil, soy or fish aminos like you stated is where you want to start as that nitrogen is instantly available to the plant.
