What's going on with these leaves?

The soil is Stepwell Super Soil. It’s a pre-blended soil I’ve used in 3-4 grows now and works quite well. This is the first time I’ve amended this soil to keep up with the demands of a larger plant by top dressing with the blend of those ingredients listed above. I sprinkled maybe 1 cup or less on a 30 gallon pot.
