If you cook low and slow for a long time it’ll take most of it out. It’s consistency is almost identical to apple butter, but a tad thinner. I swear it gets smoother with age too. I’ll water bath can also.
I suppose that the type of pear has something to do with it also. Idk exactly what I used. The neighbors tree is the best I’ve got!

Plant update! Everything has been split into its own 27 gallon vessel. We in this bitch now. A few weeks of veg and we’re going ham on flower.

Every bit of that soil is reclaimed. I added some dry amendments before transplant. Gonna add some more at flip, and probably one more halfway through flower
