Might be fun, post what ever is on your mind. Sometimes this helps people get past silly problems in life
We shall see.

I’m dreading closing the pool , my knee always pops this time of year and I can hardly walk
I always wondered if it could be psychosomatic , seems to happen every Sept, when the yard gets shut down for the Winters arrival .

I hear ya. Hate closing a pool or taking the boat out of the Water. Just hate saying goodbye to summer basically. Except it’s FLOWER time baby

Re Knee pain:
If the issue is alignment (popping is a good indicator) find a martial artist and have them show you Ma Bu (horse stance) aka the Tree Hugging Pose. It is simple and quick. Practicing for 30 seconds or so each time my knee hurt (almost always after sitting or lying down) fixed my long standing (no pun intended) knee issues. Good luck.

Oh Yeah! Gotta Love FlowerTime. I still have two boats I throw money into and they are out of the water LOL

Thanks I have my ice pack on as we speak, and just took something I have not in a loong time Naproxen .
Not good for the heart so they say.

Ice pack. Fill that cooler and grab some weed and get on one of those boats that will make you feel better

Here’s a tidbit for you, even as it pertains to knee pain…

For the past 3 + years I had been on probation, and stressed out for a number of reasons, and suffered from terrible knee pain, to the point of it being debilitating… waking up several times in agony, having to support myself when getting up, and just not being an enjoyable experience… really ready to look for a medical procedure to fix things…

Day my probation ended, knee pain is gone… and has not returned since June 18, a day forever etched in my memory…lol

Stress and the mind can do strange things to your body…

Peace

Thanks
I too believe the mind is a powerful tool, if you will it strong enough anything is possible.
I try to always work through the pain when I can and most times it’s getting better by the next day
It’s the pain that stays that rest heavy on our hearts.
Appreciate the thoughts .
