I suspect it’s light deficiency since the LED light panel I’m using is very weak and meant for propagating clones.
I thought it might be nitrogen deficiency but after adding worm castings didn’t see any improvement.
Any ideas?

What is the light size and distance? I use a 100w about 30cm
It’s 18 watts at about 30cm
Maybe slightly overwatered and incorrect ph? The droopy leaves look like they may be a bit overwatered however the discoloration could be from a lack of nitrogen from incorrect ph
What nutes are you using? You in soil/promix?? Or coco?
Its not enough light , you are correct. Give enough light and the plants will take up the water and nutrients.
Cheap all purpose compost and homemade worm castings
I thought this was the case but wanted a 2nd opinion before buying a new light.
I try measuring the ppfd with the photone app, it’s free and although is not 100% accurate, it works pretty well for me.
I think in three possible problems. Wrong pH range, isuficient light problem, like brothers said, or you need to suplement magnesium… I’d seen magnesium deficiency in some genetics on light from led bars (I already had to spray folliar epson salt in a cut that I have)
I’d still say check ph on run off and pre watering. Sure they need more light but the internode spacing is not that bad, plus red stems is usually caused by a nutrient deficiency.
They look like they hungry and plus need more light.
I got my brother to start growing and he’s using the photone app and it’s within about 20-50 PAR of my Apogee meter in side by side testing. The further away the light source, the larger the range gets, but it’s still pretty damn good for free…
These 2 plants have undetermined sex so I’m likely gonna get rid of them si as a test I have moved them under my spider farmer in the flowering tent.
If they recover and turn green then I know for sure it’s a light issue
Think it’s too much water/want more nitrogen but as others said the light could be a factor too
What are the temps and humidity? Slight over watering with low temps will yellow the bottoms along with lack of N of course.
I watered them a lot recently becausw I let them dry out too much and #14 nearly died but they were yellowing beforehand.
I also added worm castings which I know are nitrogen rich.
I think @Hashpants is right that the light is too low for the to uptake the nutrients.
I think it could also be calmag deficiency because its under LEDs.
If the latter is the case, the plants I moved under the spider farmer should stay yellow because that is also LED.
Thanks for the recommendation on this, very handy.
I measured ppfd of around 370 under my spider farmer which is at 40% intensity.
Whereas under the propagation LED its only at around 40, almost 10 times lower.
This app is cool I’m definitely gonna track PPFD througput my grows.
Even if its not totally accurate, as long as it’s consistent I can dial it in.
Are the Girls standing in Water ?
They were after wayering but the water has now transpired/evaporated
