These babies look weird…all crinkled and shit. They are in happy frog with added perlite

I’ve seen similar with Afghani strains, they usually shake it off when the next set of leaves come out.
If the next set is messed up then it’s likely something else.

Are you giving them just pHed water? They crinkle and do weird things when pH unbalanced or too much nutes, if not, they will recover as it’s been said …

Some strain just do this but eventually grow out of it. I’d definitely check your pH though as @George mentioned as pH is the vain of every grower.

I always use my well water as it has some calcium and magnesium

Well water pH will be way out. Do you have a pH meter or strips??? I know soil buffers pH but sometimes it needs a little extra help

I can mix the well water with distilled water for a little while til they get bigger
My pH of well water runs about 6.8
