Make sure when u purchase you pre assess for these kind of things. I was 22 and making more coin than I knew what to do with, but wasn’t the wisest . tbh it was one of only two good investments that were made then, but still I wasn’t thinking about all of that, just beauty, waterfront, fish and wildlife and somewhere far away from society. One day, One Day. 
Man if I had all that cash now

yes,i also would recomment to put a Roof on Top and wrap it in extra Insulation,if You want to life in there.

This was underground at the time, had to mask it with another big festival going on… Basically had to be in the medical industry with the right friends. We use to go to big 420 parties in open air buildings with endless smoke and pool and an all around awesome time, just had to sign waivers to let them use your photo if they chose… it was really a ton of fun!.

Just did a similar buildout but also added 8x4 ft as it’s a deck building with the poles holding the base going up to 18’ off the ground, was an absolute nightmare . Thank God it was at a cottage because bylaw would have killed us lol. Your just studs picture 100% reminds me of what we started with after ripping out walls/insulation etc. nice work my friend.
