There was a guy on Strainly a while back had some super “Legit” Skunk #1, I was tempted but they were $20 each. He’s got the name drop thing down and I’m assuming he’e legit. They were supposedly limited quantities. Let me see can I find the flier he sent me via email.

I’m on the ass, really. I can’t believe than these twos guys are just able to do that since the time. I have the impression to read another spam of Copycat mixed with a sensi seed drop shipping scam lol Fucking hell, 200$ for a sk#1.
And if it’s the one than Sam tryed to push on ICM back in the day, this line have been tested deeply and shared, … and the only thing than Sam got after this operation was humiliation. He was supposed to teach a lesson to the Dronker’s clan on skunks. As freebies why not, but 200$ for old dry seeds no one want to sell or bid on (for legit reasons) … no way lol
As James said, go cheap with Mr Nice or Sensi : it’s around 30€ for both, tested and documented since ages AND are proved valuable material since the time. For the same price you will get enough reliable seeds to have more than one decent motherplant, not something you’re in shame to bring for sharing in an event at least.

I’ve started from the end, epic to read. I’ve checked quickly the shop, the seeds still for sale but at 40 GBP …
I think than no one asked you how was the smoke in the log (lol), they all pass their time to rewrite the history.
In the Swiss coop where these seeds landed (we got them like you got bulk seed in wholesalers, but from seedbay), we don’t found a single decent motherplant on a massive selection. Nothing to sell in clones in a local shop without taking big risks with the customers. And at this time, true jewels was on menu aside for less than 10€ in swiss clone shops. Just impossible to push as it.
On personnal side and taste, i’m a lot more harsh. It’s a raw thing than need an half decade of high pressure to express something decent imho. For landraces, i can understand the “will” and the conservatism eventually. But for something than you can find everywhere in a better shape … it become a true paradox. Even flying dutchmen sell a better version ^^
I change the form of my idea king_grulla. For less than 150 bucks :
- get sk#1 sensi
- get shit MrNice/shanti
- get the “authentic legendary thing” from the source
It will not make you a specialist of the skunk with 30 seeds, but at least you will be able to judge the legend with serious, recognized, over-used in plenty of good hybrids … competitors aside. And for cheaper than the scam in the PDF !

RIP thread… amazing how Scatman appears like a knight in shining armor when ‘skunk’ is mentioned… but after shilling for years for Phylos when that shit hit the fan scatman sat back for weeks then came and threw his own pity party. Personally would throw any straight skunk stock in the trash bin. The RKS is a unicorn at this point. Scatman bred the trait out after he dimed out his crew and his handlers let him run to Europe

It’s genes are all over… just a matter of re-assembly & time. Enough Skunk collaborative work will establish it soon, IMO, especially with ‘legalization’ happening because the odor is no longer a ticket to getting busted.
(Slight sidetrack) From what I’ve read & heard, Skunk was getting growers raided & at some point the “sweet” or floral dominant Skunk was the risk level a grower could manage(or fruits & eventually OGs). …And Skunk isn’t for everyone(don’t know what they’re missing 
). To this point the UKCheese was it’s replacement over there… (?)

Yeah, it’s pretty sad that the thread got closed a couple weeks from harvest. The sadder part is it got closed because Chimera “couldn’t follow it anymore”.

Sure it’s genetics are all over… so are the countless ‘rks repos’ that have YET to produce a sniff of skunk. Yeah that’s Scatman’s claim is he ‘intentionally’ bred the sweet floral bc of this that or the other. Also, it’s the breeders fault for not keeping around the RKS according to scatman. He also claimed Phylos was the real deal and send your land races… then claimed everybody should feel bad for him bc he too was taken for a ride… so if you believe a word from Scatman, hit up the pm, I have a beautiful ocean front high rise is downtown OKC I’m looking to dump pennies on the dollar, but today and only today

I have some old skunk #1 freebies from seedsdirect circa like 2003. They were nice plants at the time, tall and chunky but with more of a sweet smell and taste. Sadly I doubt they’d germ now as none of my old stuff from that time has been.
