LOL, that reminded me…
Senior year in college, last semester in school, I had my Open Water Scuba class on friday nights from 7-11pm. My last afternoon class was 3:30-4:45. I lived too far away (commuter) to go home for the 2hr 15 min break, so I hung with my buddy Scott at the senior apartments on campus (he was a resident, and we were both in the Scuba class together, both the top two students in the class actually as well, and often buddied with a third diver, aka the worst in the class).
Well, in that 2 hours we’d make food, play a TON of Mortal Kombat, and smoke 3-4 blunts, then go to class totally blazed, get in our kits and enjoy being on the bottom of the pool, stoned outta our gourds. Of course we had to watch out for “The worst buddy”, but all in all, it made for some excellent friday nights.
“you got a class from 7-11 on a friday night?”
“Duuuuuuude! I’m on the bottom of a pool the whole time, pregaming it since 4:55, and when class gets out at 11, the parties on campus are just getting started, plus there’s the girls in bikinis (who then put on full 7mm wetsuits, but we failed to mention that part)”
