Where’s most interesting place you ever got high?

Mountain tops, cliffs or beaches overlooking the Pacific Ocean, deep in the middle of a packed crowd at a concert with security only a few feet away…those are a given. But, probably firing one up on the seal in front of the CA State Capitol building in Sacramento. This was over 20 years ago, so it was quite exhilarating at the time.
