Well, since this thread is so aptly titled…
Hi, I’m Lightyear 
I’ve been growing and collecting on and off for the better part of the last 20 years (oh jeez…20 years 
). I got my start on a defunked forum called HempCultivation (anyone remember them?) and quickly moved over to BreedBay where I lingered for the rest of my time. I had other accounts around the web on OG, IC, etc but wasn’t very active.
In my time on BreedBay I lurked, chatted, and learned from some of the more experienced growers. My main inspirations have been Small Potatoes and Pistils’ hydro methods. Mostly I grew whatever I could get my hands on as a broke ass kid, and scraped by enough to get a rudimentary setup that didn’t really produce very well. We’ve all.got to learn somehow, right?
Fast forward to 5 years ago…I had a big life change a few years back where growing full time became a real possibility for me without the other BS that comes along with that choice. And that’s when I really got a handle on things. I built a proper setup and started hunting for my genetic library. That journey has gone pretty well for me, with a little help from my old connections at BreedBay, and now I have a collection that could rival some of the well known big boys here. So now I need to back it up before the seed stock expires. I’ll be making lots of F2s, some crosses, and preserving most of what I grow out. I can’t bear the loss of another collection to time. So y’all luck out
I’ve got more coming!! Lots of TGA oldies…and plans for reproduction of one massively popular TGA favorite even Subcool said was lost forever
