Howdy @Mburrs1952, Bitcoin is a bit over my head too. I don’t understand computers enough to think it’s totally untraceable. My preferred method of payment is cash sent with a single stamp to reputable shops. Slightly less preferred but I still do it is cash sent by registered mail with tracking.
It works and I feel much less exposed. The whole cryptocurrency I just assume it’s all traceable to the highest forms of government. I understand the idea of encryption and such, but I don’t think it’s unsolvable to those with different resources than I have. To me, it’s a giant digital accounting ledger so I stay away from it.
I think he said he would start accepting credit card payments soon. I don’t think they can use PayPal as a long term option because they’re strictly against seed and marijuana transactions so the hassle of dealing with a PayPal account getting shut down isn’t something they want as a possibility. Of course many vendors accept PayPal I just think it’s Chimeras preference to not violate any terms of agreement with whichever platforms he decides to use.
Perhaps reach out by email, express your circumstances, and see if he will accept cash as a form of payment for your order. Or if possible reach out to fellow community members you have a friendship with who are comfortable using the Bitcoin and you’re comfortable with them ordering seeds for you. You could possibly send someone some cash for them to order with their Bitcoin and then they’d send the seeds to you once they arrive. Hope you’re able to get the genetics you’re interested in. I grew the grapefruit x blueberry 15 years ago and it was amazing in every way.i dont want to miss out on those seeds.the schnazzleberfy#2 was a great outdoor strain too

If you need to buy bitcoin then you need someone to send you some or a registration on some crypto exchange (KYC applies here do be prepared to provide your address, proof of residency, etc.). Coinbase and Kraken are both trusted and US-based.
