Are they Canadian stamps? I could use some US Rate stamps.
Or even small denomination like 20 cent stamps. So I can add 40 cents to a Permanent stamp and make it US Rate. (Only needs 38 cents but weird to get to)
Anyone can purchase stamps on Canada Posts website and just use my info for delivery. Don’t have to be from Canada.
