Yeah, ive been chomping at the bit to use this thread, but really, im such a heathen all my inverted perversions dont quite belong anywhere, lol.

Ive noticed that the things that piss me off about other people are things i see in myself, that i struggle with.
In this way, maybe the flag is only for the flagger, like emperors new clothes.

Just because you make a rule in the first post of your thread doesn’t give you carte blanche to ignore the rules of the site. Posting about victims of politicians addressing politicians is about as political as you can get. These other things are just affecting reality for all and aren’t necessarily political. They are outcomes of political decisions though.

I agree, everything is tracable by the almighty dollar, and thats the new heaven and hell landscape before us, all guided by the political hand. In that sense, nothing is able to be talked about. Rocks and hard places.
In my mind, @Pigeonman was in good faith to ask us to leave our shoes at the door when it comes to politics, just ignore it, and speak straight from a fellow human standpoint.
I just dont want to see the same ol thread lock thing, or a bunch of infighting malarky.

I think it is possible to even touch areas of politics if you can view and express them in normal human speech you may even accidentally find common ground with other folks. The point is though to keep you from finding common ground so the minor issues are blown to hell so everyone can be mad. There is way less division in person than there is in media. But folks prefer to ignore their senses for the sake of the political religions.

Yup and as long as you keep it bland and unflavored mush all will accept it without complaint. 
I like to talk to people I disagree with. Often I find I’m just as “wrong” as they are because neither of us has the same perspective. In this setting though? Yeah I’ll keep the inside thoughts inside. No point in getting a bunch of folks riled up over meaningless drivel.

I dont even think its so much as that.Some people get a stick up thier ass with a member or two and they weaponize The flag feature instead of moseying on or using that dandy ignore and mute option we have.There are some Sock puppet accounts that pop up like whack a mole that are a couple of the same people that start issues on the forums.Mods have been popping them way quicker now.
