What are the biggest realizations / insights / epiphanies you have had about growing so far?

Before I understood non salt based nutrients and the soil food web, I thought that organic growing was some sort of super difficult technique that only mystic plant whisperers could pull off. It’s really not difficult, just takes some learnin’.
